Abstract


Now, the economy of china has entered a new stage of development. The increase in urban and rural residents’ income leads to the demand for travel objectively. At the same time, more and more people realize that the environment is very important to us. The environmental plan is an effective way to protect our environment. So, more and more sities join the procession to the development of eco-tourism. But some of the small towns often overlook the problems of economic benefits in the construction process, which will cause the serious consequences of environmental pollution and ecological damage to the countryside.This thesis was based on the object Meng Shui County, which is an typical and representative county. This thesis uses the method which the theory and the practice unifies, selects Meng Shui County to take the research case, establishes the ecology plan the thought, tries hard the person which solves at present developing process central plane to be near to occupy the environment backwardness, the ecology destroys serious, lacks the sustainable development power, the historical culture and the characteristic has loses and so on many questions, and contradictory conducts the research in the correlation ecology plan design theory and its the correlation technology stratification plane to the above question.
