In this paper, the electrochemical deposition and chemical methods in conducting glass (ITO) and prepared in the ordinary glass substrate the Cu2O-oxide composite photocatalytic films under visible light irradiation, the degradation products of reactive red dye wastewater, trichlorfon target photocatalytic degradation reaction. Respectively, using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman scattering of different methods, analysis and testing phase structure, surface morphology, and Raman scattering properties of the composite films prepared under different conditions. The system studied their structure and performance of various process parameters. The results are as follows: (1) using an electrochemical method, ITO conductive glass, platinum sheet as the working electrode, copper sulfate and lactic acid system depositing Cu2O thin film deposition of ZnO thin films of zinc nitrate and potassium nitrate system, determined that the preparation of the film is pure Cu2O crystal and pure ZnO crystals, the successful synthesis of Cu2O-ZnO film. System Cu2O crystalline form of the cubic structure of the particle size uniform, ZnO, as the flat six Fang Zhujing body was observed by SEM pictures. Electrolyte pH, deposition current have a certain impact on the film surface morphology; ② using chemical methods to prepare ZnO-Cu2O composite photocatalytic films prepared Fe2O3-Cu2O, SnO2-Cu2O, SiO2-Cu2O composite photocatalytic films determining the film prepared is pure ZnO crystal belongs to the hexagonal Pb-Zn structure; seen by SEM measurement system under of 400 ° C, the crystallinity of the ZnO films prepared good, uniform distribution of particles of large surface area, and the resulting composite film of the ZnO-Cu2O flat and clear interface. With the annealing temperature increases, ZnO grains increases; ③ photocatalytic photocatalytic electrochemical and chemical prepared composite film of biodegradable material reactive brilliant red solution, the results showed that the electrochemical prepared film Cu2O -ZnO composite film photocatalytic effect optimal same time, 10ml concentration of 25mg / l of reactive red degradation rate reached 99.7%; the chemical prepared the film photocatalytic effect optimal ZnO-Cu2O composite film, the same light the time, 10ml concentration of 25mg / l of reactive red degradation rate of 100%; examine single factor experiment that ultimately come prepared Cu2O-ZnO composite film optimize the process conditions: electrolyte concentration 0.4M, pH 7.88 , the water bath temperature of 60 ° C, the deposition current of 0.025A, a deposition time of 30 min; the optimization process of the prepared ZnO-Cu2O: zinc acetate and ethanol molar ratio of 1:85, lactic 6ml, the heat treatment temperature is 400 ° C, the film is 5 layers; ④ through the use of Cu2O-ZnO, prepared by different methods and the same methods prepared ZnO-Cu2O composite photocatalyst film, trichlorfon photocatalytic degradation, degradation of the composite film is better than a simple film. The initial concentration of 60mg / l, light 10h, the film photocatalytic trichlorfon COD removal rates reached: Electrochemical Method prepared Cu2O-ZnO 91.2% ZnO-Cu2O 85.4% of Cu2O 51.1,%; chemical method. ZnO-Cu2O88.7%, ZnO 53.6%. Description Cu2O-ZnO composite photocatalyst film degradation trichlorfon achieve better results. Cu2O-ZnO composite photocatalytic films degradation of trichlorfon first order kinetics.
