Abstract


The develpoment of heavy transportation has become the development direction of railway bulk goods transportation.The heavy haul train has serious influence on traffic organization,train braking control mode and the quality of ground fixed equipment.Event of an accident,it will cause huge economic losses.It needs to improve the existing technology, facilities continuously,and strengthen the management of operating organizations and other related work to ensure the safety and high efficiency of railway heavy transportation. Generally,with the increasing secure input,the secure benefit does not maintain the same increasing ration necessarily.This paper discusses how to achieve optimal secure investment with limited secure result,which can improve the railway safety,reduce secure cost and improve fund efficiency of the railway heavy transportation.This paper briefly outlines the development and secure research of the railway heavy transportation domestically and internationally.It fully analyses the factors of railway heavy transportation system and the secure issues in transportation.Then it gives some suggestions targetly.Based on secure input and benefit of railway heavy transportation,it uses secure and economic theory,introducing the least square method and the change rate of secure cost method and the cost retroactive method and the production function method,which discusses the reasonable amount of the total secure investment and the reasonable proportion of each secure input in railway heavy transportation.At the end,it uses an example,demonstrating the practicality of the relevant optimization.
