Abstract


Objective:To investigate the correlation between CD4~+CD25~+T cells,NK cells and the pathogenitic activity of SLE,and to study their roles in the pathogenesis of SLE.Methods:The percentages of peripheral blood CD3~+T cells、CD4~+T cells、CD8~+T cells、NK cells、CD4~+CD25~+T cells and CD4~+CD25~-T cells were detected by flow cytometry in 17 SLE first diagnosed patiens with SLE before and after treatment and 11 healthy controls,The results were analysised by statistical method.Results:Compared with control group,the percentage of CDS~+T cells of SLE patients in active phase was increased(P＜0.05),so the percentage of CD4~+T/CD8~+T was decreased(P＜0.05),the percentages of CD4~+CD25~+T cells、NK cells of SLE patients in active phase were significantly decreased (P＜0.01),but the percentages of CD3~+T、CD4~+T and CD4~+CD25~-T cells were not significantly changed(P＞0.05);After treatment SLEDAI was decreased,the percentages of CD4~+CD25~+T cells and NK cells of SLE patients were significantly increased(P＜0.01);The level of CD4~+CD25~+T cells were correlated with SLEDAI(P＜0.05),the others had no evident correlation with SLEDAI.Conclusion:CD4~+T and CD8~+T cell subsets of SLE patients are abnormal in distribution and activation;An abnormal decrease of CD4~+CD25~+T cells exists in active SLE patients,and is related to the pathogenitic activity;while NK cells are abnormally decreased in active SLE patients and increased after treatment,the decrease of NK cells is not related to the pathogenitic activity.
