Abstract

Harmonious society is that a big subjects of society. That development of the economy can’t be separated from harmonious society, but commits a crime is the key factor to threaten the society harmony. Therefore, economy needs to develop and society should be harmony is all being too busy to get away to anticrime.Judging from geography angle, society sustainable development is the core of sustainable development theory, but population is the core of society sustainable development then. Crime’s existent, not only destroyed the harmony and stability of society, but has blocked the area sustainable development, even more, has reduced the population quality and blocked people’s sustainable development. Therefore, anticrime commits an important location in sustainable development system, and also become one of the important approach. Anticrime concludes crime prevention and crime control. It’s pay attention to controlling crime site, the major objective and the effect are laid in eliminating criminal targets and decreasing the criminal chances.Criminal geography is an academic subject that set off from the geography angle, using geography theories and methods, studying on criminal rules, developments, and changes as well as anticrime. Criminal geography is an inter-disciplines and comprehensiveness discipline. It’s mainly studying on the individual and environmental factors, criminal rules and comprehensive anticrime. Now, there’s not building up real significance criminal geography at home and abroad. So the criminal geography theories research appears especially important right away. It concludes Geographical environmental determinism, Environmentalism, Chicago school, Criminal behavioral theory and Integrated subject theories.Xiao Ting Area is located in one of important city of central region ---Yi Chang City and is newly developed industrial park, High-tech Development Zone, the cornerstone industry drive Xiao Ting Area economic growth. Some scholars forecast future crime peak-hour will change to the central section area, Xiao Ting Area, as a boom city of central section, ought to establish a fine development basis right away from its economy all-round development.Xiao Ting Area’s criminal rules are: Juvenile criminal problem is grave; the floating population criminal rate is higher; commit the criminal’s knowledge insists to hang down obviously, the city and fringe area are highly area. In the second half of the years especially at the end of the year commit a crime highly. In accordance with the criminal rules of Xiao Ting Area, and consulting lots of criminal scholar’s research results, carrying out all-direction analysis with criminal reasons from the geography angle. It’s mainly studying on the individual and geography environmental factors, researching from discussing individual, humanity environment and natural environment with the connection with crime, carrying out the geography anticrime. To base on the analysis of criminal reasons, the geography anticrime is setting off from individual, humanity environment and natural environment.The individual aspect includes the convicts and potential people’s self-restraints, general citizens’ self-restraints and the self-defenses. Humanity environment sets off from the government, enterprises, microcosmic humanity environment and society, culture to anticrime. Natural environment sets off from the traditional criminal geography to discussing the time and special anticrime.As one kind of society ill-condition, crime is various synthetically factors result. So, it’s need to grasp the changing and developing laws, arouse the criminal reasons, thereby anticrime effectively.
