Abstract


With the gradual development and popularization of the Internet, through the network platform to participate in public affairs decision-making, democratic management has become an important part of life; the Internet has become a social expression of public opinion, the main platform for the new carrier and network public opinion, social turmoil effects become more apparent. This paper will combine the status of judicial oversight, through analysising the classic cases, explore the Internet public opinion play in the judicial process of the supervision function of the network, reveals the value of democracy and the rule of modern public opinion, analyzing the development trend of the network and the lack of public opinion, trying to make the network supervision and judicial reform, public opinion fit the coping strategies, and then discover and explore the network of public opinion in our democratic rule of law in the process of monitoring the huge boost.
