Abstract

In today 's rapid economic development , high-rise buildings has also been rapid development , height increasing , more and more complex structural system . Due to the use of the functional requirements of a high-rise building structure , the structure of the lower part of layers need large space , resulting in the structure vertical lateral stiffness of large changes , this often set conversion layer structural conversion . How to lay out when bottom shear wall , shear wall layout different result in the conversion layer of the upper and lower lateral stiffness change , how to control this change , the impact of the change in stiffness for seismic performance , and related research and experience in engineering practice is not sufficient , and thus become the focus of the structural design and difficulty . The context of the high conversion features and multi- tower complex high-rise building structural engineering instance twin towers structure of reinforced concrete chassis with conversion layer system to utilize the famous engineering analysis software PKPM in SATWE module and ANSYS analysis research . Conversion layer, the upper and lower stiffness than change , and thus the complex high-rise building structure seismic response analysis of lead due to the arrangement of the different structure of the bottom of the shear wall , the advantages and disadvantages of the different options , given the specific recommendations of the structural design of the project , and summed up the general laws and conclusions of the research problem . By an overall analysis of shear wall structures supported on an actual band conversion beam , indicating that : frame supported shear wall structure seismic the unfavorable structural system , but by a reasonable choice of landing the number of walls , the stiffness of the upper and lower control and conversion layer , you can also get a better dynamic characteristics . According to local members of the finite element analysis results , the deformation of the pillars of the conversion layer near the box centralized main stress is also very obvious centralized seismic weak link . The design should be strengthened on the conversion layer and its vicinity . The finite element analysis showed that , box transfer beam pillar of the presence of large axial force , the design can not be ignored .
