Abstract


Times are updated in the progress of society. Sport has become a part of life and concern, and extracurricular training also in this era of change and social progress in school education to become hot.When groups of student athletes out of college into the community, to the life of the community to test, our extracurricular training also received a test. Extracurricular training given to student athletes who should be the comprehensive and good "quality" structure. Not disregard the academic and student athletes of all sports competitions around the results generated by some of the gold medal game on campus "hot spots."Physical after-school training should enable students to become social needs of athletes, all-round development of the cultural, creative people have a healthy body. Student athletes are students first must meet the requirements of the school educational purposes. To improve academic performance by increasing the student-athletes understand the problem, problem-solving skills, thus contributing to the movement of success, so that comprehensive development of student athletes as sports talent. Experimental study and explore the culture of a school sports talents way.Through schools and training of Traditional Sports School students athletes sports talents Reserve Survey of study and analysis, to find solutions to problems and coping strategies. School training to achieve comprehensive development of a comprehensive human resources objectives.
