Abstract


The benzo heterocyclic skeleton widely exists in the material having biological activity , is widely used in the pharmaceutical field . In organic synthesis , such backbone compounds is also very important intermediates. Therefore, the synthesis of such compounds has always been one of the hot topic in organic synthesis research workers . Tandem reaction is an \tool. 2 (5H) - furanone skeleton is widely present in the natural products and medicines , by the easy and the raw material high efficiency synthesis of 2 (5H) - furanone derivatives significance . This paper mainly include two aspects : 1) the use of raw materials of tandem reaction synthesis of indole- substituted 1H- iso - benzopyran compound o - alkynyl benzaldehyde compounds and indole , and o - alkynyl recent years benzaldehydes participation tandem reaction progress . ; 2) as the starting material Tetronic acid synthesis of 3,4 - disubstituted - 2 (5H ) - furanone derivatives .
