Abstract


Export risk refers to carry out foreign trade due to incomplete result of the contract agreements, and the risk of problems . Take appropriate contractual governance structure can effectively avoid export risks, protect the interests of both sides of the export trade . In this paper, Williamson 's transaction cost theory , proposed by Hunan XX pigment enterprises in carrying out the analysis of the risks encountered in the export trade , enterprise contract management measures to deal with the export trade . Williamson 's transaction cost theory : If there are assets investment in the transaction , the transaction should take appropriate protective measures , such as mortgages , guarantees, mutually beneficial and long-term reputation mechanism , exchange contracts become firmly committed , thereby preventing assets investment transactions the risk of loss due to the default of each other . Hunan XX paint company 's export trade assets risk , a high degree of customer concentration risk , fluctuations in raw material prices and exchange rate risk , the company did not take effective measures to prevent more risk on the company 's export trade .
