Abstract


It is an important decision that guiding and encouraging college graduates to go to grass-roots for working, especially selecting village officials from college graduates. Chinese Party Central Committee and Department of State make this decision from the overall situation. The plan of College-graduate village official not only improves the structure of grass-roots cadres team in rural and injects vigor into the grass-roots cadres team, but also brings new hope to the new rural construction. There are still some problems in the college graduates village official, such as psychology, ideas, concepts and specific problems. These problems must be solved, and we have to pay attention on them.At present, the mainstream thought of college-graduate village official is good and positive. But as the implementation of the plan of the college-graduate village official, the increasing number of college-graduate village official, their thoughts are more and more complex. There are some erroneous zones in their thoughts. For example, the narrower of employment concept, the fatigue of social adaptation, the confusion of career future, etc.Ideological biases and the erroneous zones in college-graduate village official’thoughts bring many negative impacts. It impacts the stability of college-graduate village official and weakens their enthusiasm. It also influences the credibility of the plan of college-graduate village official and socialist new countryside’s construction. In order to solve the ideological biases, and help them out of the ideological erroneous zone, ideological and political education is the inevitable choice. But, at present the ideological and political education of college-graduate village officials can’t adapt to the needs of the construction of college-graduate village official team. So it is very necessary to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college-graduate village officials. This is not only good for improving the ideological and political quality of college-graduate village official, strengthening the Party’s basic-level organization construction, but also a good way of safeguarding socialist new countryside’s construction.There are many reasons for these problems: the influence of the social environment, the inadequate guidance in colleges and universities, the influence of their families and their own factors. Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college-graduate village officials must enhance the pertinency. There are main three approaches to solve this problem. The first, building a good environment. The second, improving the mechanism of the ideological and political education college-graduate village official, The third, innovating the approach of ideological and political education of college-graduate village official. At the same time, we must insist on combining ideological guidance with policies, and insist on the principles of directional and effectiveness.
