Abstract

Recycled concrete waste concrete blocks, old buildings removed after crushing, washing, screening and complement each other by a certain percentage, reconstituted as part or all of the aggregate concrete. The existence of a lot of waste-cement mortar and other impurities in the recycled aggregate, such that low intensity of the formulated recycled concrete, the volume stability is poor, and the durability is not high. With the further development of concrete, high performance recycled concrete have come into being, the one hand, it is a reasonable use of recycled aggregate; On the other hand in the process of its preparation to join superplasticizers and mineral admixtures, greatly improving the its strength and durability. The trend closely integrated with China's environmental protection, ecological protection policies and sustainable development strategies, in line with the trend of the future direction of concrete development. In this paper, high performance recycled concrete compressive strength test, three-point bending test for the rapid detection of chloride ion diffusion coefficient RCM test and measuring the fracture energy of concrete and optimize the design and the fractal dimension theory to study the fracture and durability, the test results show that the : (1) high-performance recycled concrete compressive strength and erosion resistance to chloride ion is replaced with recycled aggregate rate increases gradually reduced, but to reduce the magnitude is not great reason to replace the use of regenerated bone data feed water absorption and clay content slightly more mechanical and durability; (2) to optimize the aggregate replaced, derived through theoretical best aggregate rate is just a theory, practical engineering reference herein regarded as a near-optimal aggregate replacement rate; determine the quantitative relationship between the compressive strength and fracture energy (3) high-performance recycled concrete, preliminary forecast with the quality of the recycled aggregate and added admixtures, pending further study; (4) high performance recycled concrete fracture surface fractal dimension of the larger, the smaller the compressive strength of the concrete can be by the formula y =-2560.762x 2692.364 its compressive strength calculated . Finally, a review of the past six months by doing tests and theoretical concluded, proposed microscopic analysis of high-performance recycled concrete with interface, carbonation problem needs further study its impact resistance to chloride ion erosion, while The prospect of its own how lightweight and fracture properties, high performance recycled concrete is the common recycled concrete developed will enter a new area of ??research, and has broad prospects.
