Construction project is extremely important for promoting real economy of our country. Because of the long period, highly concentrated fond, complicated technology,the construction project is very risky. In order to make the investment decision more scientific, the construction process more efficient, the allocation of resources more reasonable, the investment risky more controllable, the benefit of the project more considerable, the project evaluation plays an important role in construction project. The project evaluation is an important part of the project management, which ensures that the project management could be more scientific.We try to study on the HN power plantⅠproject in Hai Men town, in order to research the practical application of the project evaluation system in construction project. According to this comprehensive and meticulous research, we could analyze the facts and conditions of the external surroundings, analyze the advanced technology and devices, demonstrate the profitability and the prospects, find the measures to face any risky, so that we could provide scientific decisions and theoretical basis for the project, make the project management more scientific, ensure that the project could be completed with high-standard, high-quality, high-efficiency.This study has kind of direction, predictability and innovation and not only can provide scientific basis for investment decisions but is valuable for the construction and management of this project. This article also hopes to provide reference for the future research.
