Fan , the main driving force of the pump source is a three-phase asynchronous motors , to improve the efficiency of the operation of fans, pumps , the core issue is the high pressure motor speed control problems . The cascade speed is one of the most classic asynchronous motor speed control method , has long been a lot of research on this theory , but because of technology and other reasons , has not been widely used . With the development of modern power electronics technology and computer control technology , cascade speed technology bind revolutionary progress so that it meets the performance requirements of large-scale industrial applications . Modern cascade speed systems often use three-phase thyristor bridge inverter inverter cascade speed control system exists , the inverter harmonic relatively large inverter subversion prone , making low power factor , poor reliability shortcomings. This paper proposed to replace the traditional thyristor inverter circuit IGBT three-phase bridge inverter circuit based on SVPWM control algorithm to improve the modern cascade speed control system power factor and reliability program . First, this paper introduces the idea of voltage space vector pulse width modulation algorithm , and summed up the process of the algorithm ; Second , MATLAB / Simulink environment SVPWM, SPWM and active thyristor inverter modeling obtained by the simulation results SVPWM algorithm known harmonic power factor is better than the other two algorithms ; application hardware description language to achieve SVPWM active inverter algorithm ModelSim co-simulation environment to verify the correctness of the program ; Finally, combined with modern cascade speed test to prove that the program can be applied in the the modern cascade speed control system , and can really improve the power factor of the system model in MATLAB / Simulink environment . So , this article concludes , can replace the traditional thyristor inverter used in modern cascade speed control system based on SVPWM algorithm active IGBT three-phase bridge inverter , and can really improve the power factor of the system .
