Abstract


The global economy integration built a fierce market environment,?enterprise business is constantly changing,? so it must be very sensitive to the change of the market, meanwhile quickly adjust strategy to adapt to these changes, this is the enterprise risk management.?Enterprise legal risk is to show enterprise expected future real results occur differences with caused enterprise must undertake legal risk liability,?enterprise legal risk is that the enterprise must undertake legal risk liability owing to the differences between the enterprise expected future and real results, and hence be possibility of damaging the enterprise. Currently both at home and abroad,?the molding risk management softwares are rarely, many companies only at introducing stage of risk managements, and the existed systems mostly are based on the object-oriented, and are relatively independent systems, difficult maintainability, cannot meet the changing business needs.? The legal risk service system based on SOA uses advanced information technologies and tools, realizes to manage the legal risk much more conveniently, quickly and accurately.This paper takes the legal risk resources of Gansu mobile company as the background, bases on the existed three independent systems (legal risk identification system, legal risks analysis system and legal risk assessment system) through the service oriented architecture(SOA), designs and realizes a timely to find and solve the internal and external legal risk for the enterprise, reusable, unity and permission rights users information, easy to expand legal risk service portal system. It mainly includes the following contents,(1)Through researching the SOA, construct a legal risk service system based on SOA, this system takes the service as the functional unit, these services are loose coupling, and can be easily combination and reuse, can quickly meet the changing enterprise needs. (2) Package the service using Web Service technology to realize the service oriented architecture system. (3) Use CAS certification schemes to achieve Single Sign On(SSO). (4) Achieve a legal risk service portal system.
