Abstract

(DG) by virtue of its power generation and flexible , environmentally friendly advantages of distributed power more and more access to the distribution network , to the traditional distribution network reliability assessment has brought a certain influence . Distributed power compared to the traditional power supply , the output power having a certain degree of randomness . Among the traditional distribution network reliability assessment visits feeders generally by a single power supply , radiant power supply , failure of any one feeder components , are likely to result in the feeder load after All power outage , and future when distributed power access with grid , the grid becomes more than a power user interconnection network with distributed power island operation mode may appear when a component fails , the distribution network , the reliability assessment models and algorithms will also change . In this paper, on the basis of fully study the characteristics of the distributed power , reliability assessment model of distributed power . Microturbine , for example the establishment of a non - intermittent distributed power reliability assessment model , a two - state model to describe ; intermittent distributed power reliability assessment model to wind turbine generator (WTG) , for example , give full consideration to the characteristics of the wind intermittent , randomness , a wind speed information , within one year of the statistics under the power of the wind turbine characteristics curve of output power , resulting in multi - state model of the wind turbine . In this paper, two assessment containing distributed power distribution network reliability algorithms are improved minimal cut set algorithm and sequential Monte Carlo simulation method , each with distinct characteristics of these two algorithms , each with its own advantages , can a more accurate assessment of the out subsequent access to the distributed power system reliability . Finally , through the use of typical The two algorithms docking distributed power distribution network simulation analysis , the validity and accuracy of the proposed method on the reliability index calculation problem to solve distribution network with distributed power . Simulation results show that the distributed power reasonable access to the distribution network , and can improve the level of reliability of the distribution network .
