Abstract


The city power grid reliability embodies the power company customer service levels , improve the reliability of power supply in the electricity market conditions directly determines the competitiveness of the supply company , and the development of the national economy and improve living standards , put forward higher requirements of urban power grid reliability . So must the city power grid reliability for scientific and rational planning to guide the city power grid reliability standards improve . In this paper, the actual planning , reliability of supply on the the Wuhai city grid 2010-2012 . First analysis of the factors that affect the city power grid reliability , combined with the the Wuhai grid actual customer average interruption time as a characterization of the the Wuhai city power grid reliability level of the characteristics sequence based on the 2005-2009 historical statistics , select select average line length , line average number of users , the average capacity of the line , insulation rate and dual power users rate five factors as relevant factors , all relevant factors and characteristic sequence of gray correlation analysis , all relevant factors and characteristics the sequence of associate degrees , and then get the associated sequence further analysis of the relevant factors , and on this basis , the impact of supply reliability . Secondly , based on the historical data of the 2005-2009 Wuhai Electric Power Bureau, power supply reliability indicators were used trend extrapolation , gray prediction method and regression forecast reliability index for 2010-2012 , and the use of a comprehensive the prediction results of the prediction method of the three methods were further treated to give the results of the comprehensive prediction . Based on the results of comprehensive prediction given the 2010-2012 supply reliability planning target value . Finally, based on gray relational analysis and reliability of power supply planning target value proposed to improve the the Wuhai city grid power supply reliability of technical measures and management measures .
