Abstract


Since the 1990s, around the world experienced a far-reaching technological revolution like the Industrial Revolution in the early 20th century. The continuous development of information technology brought to mankind a brand new platform for the exchange of communication, information technology has increasingly become the focus of universal concern. In the context of the government administrative system continued to advance, as an important part of the national information system, e-government by the United Nations Economic and Social Affairs was established as the first of the \After the construction of e-government entered a new historical stage, the government information resources sharing become a major focus of e-government construction and difficult, an important measure of the level of development of e-government. China's e-government construction carried out with the \comprehensive development, resulting in a tremendous waste of resources in e-government information resources sharing, so the research has an important significance to the construction of China's e-government. In this paper, from the point of view of economics and mechanisms to investigate the sharing of information resources law introduced the concept of the mechanism in the field of electronic information resources sharing, e-government information resource sharing problem from the e-government complex theoretical system derives from The combination of practical and up-to-date progress and to give a concrete analysis Finally, a number of recommendations. The article mainly uses literature research, comparative analysis, historical research and examples of survey methods, from the concept of government information resources, classification and characteristics start by analyzing the connotation and denotation, summed up the characteristics of government information resources, through the comparative analysis method, to find the problems of government information resources in the construction process. At present, some developed countries, governments are generally aware of the importance of the construction of government information resources. China's government information resources in the construction process, we have to learn from the successful experience of developed Western countries, combined with China's actual situation, government information disclosure as a precondition, as a means of information technology, e-government platform to accelerate China's government information resource sharing building, leap development of social information.
