In today 's society, energy is one of the key factors constraining economic development . Biomass is a clean and sustainable development of new energy and development of biomass pyrolysis technology to obtain methyl chemicals and biofuels for alternative or substitute for fossil energy , protect the environment, human and social development has far-reaching significance . In this thesis, pine , fir , and cellulose as raw material , respectively, in the two additives ( Na2CO3 , Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 ) the role of the pyrolysis reaction . Key ScS reusable catalyst for three raw pyrolysis gas , liquid , solid yield , content of each component of the product gas , the liquid product in the aqueous phase the moisture content , the influence of the concentration of the organic components in the liquid product and catalyst recovery results. With the increase in the amount of additives , the yield of the product gas is first increased and then slightly reduced , the liquid yield is reduced slightly increased, the solid product yield was gradually decreased . Additives added to enhance the fir, pine and cellulose pyrolysis gas yield , but to some extent reduce the product gas of H2 and CH4 content , i.e. reduce the quality of the pyrolysis gas product . Fir, pine and cellulose additive ( Na2CO3 , Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 ) under the action of the pyrolysis liquid product moisture content of the aqueous phase without additive treatment than high, so that these two additives are promoted three the dehydration reaction in the material during pyrolysis . Additives Some of the organic components in the pyrolysis liquid has a certain selection enrichment , the main enriched material : guaiac wood phenol , furfural , furyl , furyl alcohol , phenol , etc. . Reuse additives derived law is consistent with the above conclusion , which shows in the pyrolysis process , the stability of the additives unspoiled . Pyrolysis reuse this vision of the additive to provide an experimental basis , and the repeated use of the additive is economical and environmentally friendly .
