With the advent of the amorphous silicon flat panel detector , for the development of X-ray digital imaging and tomography technique to create the conditions , this paper, based on the flat-panel detector system to study 2D-CT (Two Dimensional Computed Tomography) , and 3D -CT (Three Dimensional Computed Tomography). The research topics include : study fan-beam filtered back projection reconstruction algorithm , reference generalized Hamming window filter design , low-pass cosine filter and Blackman window three filters , three filters have their own characteristics , its use in the reconstruction algorithm , the image produced has a sharpening and smoothing effect . Also discussed in terms of reconstruction speed , a certain degree of optimization algorithm to improve the reconstruction speed . . Cone Beam 3D reconstruction algorithm FDK (Feldkamp, ??Davis and Kress) algorithm for three-dimensional reconstruction , focusing on research , on a series of pre-processing the basis of the actual projection data using the method to reconstruct the entire object slice Figure , after the use of a new method of image segmentation image post-processing , the reconstructed image .
