Abstract

The detection and analysis in accordance with the general principles of concrete mix design , from material preferred , unilateral concrete amount of water , sand , rate research focuses on the design of high-performance concrete mix ratio , and concrete performance . Design methods , in addition to traditional strength design goals , but also on the performance and durability of concrete construction : high-performance concrete preferred of moderate fineness and low C3A content cement to meet the strength requirements based on multi- use high-quality ore powder and fly ash ; using coarse sand, reduce the aggregate amount of silt and mud content , try to reduce the alkali content of admixtures and sulfate content ; different grades of high-performance concrete have suitable minimum unilateral water consumption should not blind pursuit of low water -cement ratio and high intensity , so as not to increase the risk of shrinkage cracking ; view of the high performance concrete of higher liquidity requirements , to repeatedly adjust the percentage of sand and water reducer and adaptability of cement . The test results showed that the design can meet the strength requirements of high-performance concrete water cement ratio formula based on the water-cement ratio design ; sand ratio requirements based on the use of parts of concrete and slump to calculate and adjust the test repeatedly , its their liquidity impact after the water-cement ratio ; want to adjust the type and dosage of mineral admixture in a corrosive environment to take the same time to meet the durability and strength requirements of water-cement ratio (ie low high ) .
