Abstract

This paper is the National Natural Science Foundation of China Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas of urban the homes environmental reconstruction tracking and evaluation studies, pilot study. The thesis aims to determine the reconstruction in Wenchuan Earthquake town homes environment paradigm, the selection of a clear evaluation of the main body, to determine the object of the evaluation, innovation evaluation factor. This thesis will attempt to lay the theoretical foundation for the study of the whole fund subject, and preliminary selection of a suitable reconstruction in disaster area urban housing environment factor collection. Papers selected three representative town of Wenchuan Earthquake research: the new county seat of Beichuan, Wenchuan Wei Zhou Zhen and Dujiangyan City. The main content of the study include: evaluation factor selected methodology; related to the reconstruction of housing environment evaluation index system; investigation of the problems of the urban housing environment for the disaster area; evaluation factor screening and testing process; collection and indexing of the evaluation factors applicable to the reconstruction of housing environment. The papers in the analysis of the concept of integration - Construction - factor screening - create an index based on the four-step evaluation of the environmental reconstruction of the disaster area homes factor selection methods.
