Abstract


Analysis of Shenzhen Tobacco Import and Export Co., Ltd. Marketing operating conditions of the customer relationship management problems faced in the process of change in the company's business scope and management mechanisms . The main line to solve the problem , this paper first on the current market environment a detailed analysis of the particularity of the development of comprehensive tobacco industry , operating characteristics , growth prospects, analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced in the development of the company . In the face of unfavorable competitive environment and the threat of competition , leads to the core of the paper - how to do customer relationship management, to face competition in the market , the company further develop and expand . In order to carry out the company's customer relationship management , proceed from the corporate customers segment customers by 6 different customer segments variable segments of the market , at the same time on the market after the breakdown of target customers to choose , and finally locked target market. In the the locked target market , the company implemented a personalized customer relationship management , marketing strategy , strengthen communication with customers , the establishment of trust between the company and its customers , through tracking and feedback customer information , establish and improve the customer relationship database .
