Abstract


The innovations of mix of logistics and finance current, which take place in our country, supply the theory and application basis for the new concept of commercial bank supply chain management(CB-SCM), and the seamless link of the theory of supply chain and the commercial bank management make the bring-up of it possible. It is meaningful to study the CB-SCM especially in the situation of reform and open-up of commercial banks.This study begins with the breaking-through of misunderstanding barriers that the fundamental theory of supply chain is inapplicable in the commercial bank management, and explores the fundamental meaning and scope of the commercial bank supply chain(CB-SC) and the fundamental frame of the CB-SCM, and then, based on those, explores within this frame the emphasis of the commercial bank supply chain strategy management(CB-SCSM), the commercial bank supply chain performance evaluation based on the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) and the CB-SCM activities(including the queue problem and the loan issue of small and medium-sized enterprises) . This study also, through analysis of some cases, shows the benefits what the study of CB-SCM brings to the commercial bank management, with the hope that it offers some reference for the application of CB-SCM.
