Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China to attract foreign investment have made remarkable achievements consecutive years of huge amounts of foreign investment , and laid a factory of the world in China , made ??indispensable in promoting China's economic structure optimization , technological upgrading and deepening of the international division of labor contribution. However, with the deepening of the internationalization of the economy , especially in our country \survival and development of local enterprises and key industries , space is compressed , the phenomenon of marginalization and hollowing . It is in this context that based on the industry and opening up of national industry and industry security relations point of view , the analysis of multinational companies in China's investment strategy in transition and China's current policies to attract investment problems and their causes , proposed the transformation of China 's policies to attract investment and set the bottom line on foreign malicious mergers and acquisitions , to better deal to attract foreign investment and to ensure national economic security relationship between the two industries .
