Abstract


Steel anchor pipe anchoring technology is the development of highway construction along with the emergence of a new type of anchor technology . Although steel anchor pipe anchoring technique come out soon , theoretical research is not perfect , but in the weakness and toe reinforcement lithology high stress concentration slope engineering practice has been a certain application. If the key technologies that can be supported in theory , there will be more conducive to reinforcing steel anchor pipe technology popularization and application . Therefore , to carry out reinforcement steel anchor pipe slope measures durability of engineering structures , nondestructive testing, testing information processing technology research and discussion on the establishment of steel anchor pipe anchoring systems quality assessment and promote the use of steel anchor pipe reinforcement technology is very necessary. The main contents of this paper are as follows: ( a ) as a guide steel anchor pipe design and construction , the paper analyzes the domestic Slope Anchorage and its detection technology research and development status , on this basis , a more systematic study of the steel anchor pipe structure design calculations, reinforcement mechanism of action, durability issues and their anchoring system load transfer mechanism , come to its anchoring system to destroy the causes and failure modes ; ( 2 ) for the detection of prestressing steel anchor pipe anchoring problems , combining rock anchoring mechanics, viscoelastic dynamics, vibration wave mechanics theory, a theory of dimensional bar longitudinal wave is established based on a steel anchor pipe anchoring system response to dynamic testing mathematical model gives steel anchor pipe viscoelastic wave equation ; ( 3 ) in the detection signal analysis and processing , using wavelet analysis of prestressed steel anchor pipe stress wave detection signal digital processing , and the dyadic wavelet Mallat algorithm is applied to the signal processing to achieve accurate positioning of prestressed steel anchor pipe anchor the purpose of the system defects ; ( 4 ) the use of stress wave nondestructive testing of an expressway in Guangdong Province prestressed reinforcement steel anchor pipe actual quality testing, test results showed that: the stress wave detection technology can be well positioned prestressed steel anchor anchor tube defects in quality , for slope engineering management provides a reliable test data ; prestressed steel anchor the anchor of good quality pipe that slopes reinforced with steel anchor tube is feasible.
