Abstract

The tiller angle is one of the important factors in determining the rice plant type , is important in the breeding of high-yielding rice . Most of their research or mainly in the phenotypic and physiological traits . Crops , corn , rice mutant gene LA have been reported , but relatively small . In this study, with 81399 the prostrate growth characteristics of P98 tiller upright features as parental constructed F2 population . F2 recessive groups the segregating population grouping Act (BSA) and SSR molecular markers creeping traits preliminary positioning . The results show that : ( 1 ) creeping : upright meet the 1:3 ratio , and F1 is upright , creeping traits by a single recessive gene control , and belongs to the quality traits . (2) the trait initially positioned on chromosome 3 and SSR markers RM5903 apart 25.2cM ; ( 3 ) is located on chromosome 11 creeping growth mutant gene LA1 DNA sequence comparison , contrast , showed that P98 the prostrate characteristics of the new gene control . By hypophosphatemia sensitive materials Chenghui 448 and resistant the hypophosphatemia material GP226 genetic analysis , 698 pairs of SSR primers screened two polymorphic markers were on the RM7492 RM3387 on chromosome 3 and chromosome 10 . GP226 Chenghui 448 and C70 hybrid then backcrossed twice and multiple generations of selfing , through tolerance to low phosphorus screening bred , so high genetic similarity .
