Abstract


The reform and opening up 30 years of development history tells us: the extensive mode of operation has been unable to meet the economic development , to achieve sound and fast economic development goals , intensive management has become a trend . Industry or enterprise must actively explore the intensive mode of development , and road transport companies are no exception . Currently , intensive management of China 's road transport enterprises are still in the stage of actively explore , not a one-size-fits- modes to choose from . The intensive management of China 's road transport enterprises , research issues related to China 's road transport intensive management , intensive management to provide a reference for the road transport enterprises , making it a better grasp of the operation of the intensive management mode to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises .
