Abstract


The new curriculum reform in China began in June 2001 piloted the new curriculum reform key to the success factor is the teachers. Teacher Culture is a comprehensive reflection of the teachers' ideas, value systems and patterns of behavior, which affects the day-to-day teaching activities of teachers, affecting the development of schools, students and teachers. In this context of the new curriculum reform, this paper explore how traditional teachers of cultural transformation, trying to build a new curriculum reform and teacher professional development to adapt to the new teacher culture. In this thesis, literature, interviews and observation, the Real situation of the teachers 'culture perspective from two perspectives: First, teachers' classroom teaching behavior; interpersonal communication between school teachers. Papers from the three levels of the implementation of measures to build a new type of teacher culture, from the individual level to enhance teachers' reflective consciousness, promote new professional lifestyle; and the second from the school level, principals leading role to play, the creation of excellent humanities environment; Third, from the inter-school relations, the use of network technology, sharing of cultural resources, expanding teachers learn from each other and exchange platform.
