Abstract


The entry period is a key link for the professional development of teachers . During the entry period , the new teachers' ability to successfully achieve the transition to the role of qualified teachers by new teachers not only affect their career orientation and career persistence will affect their entire career and professional development model , and then decide Why will become the kind of teachers . Numerous studies show that , in the problems encountered by the entry of new teachers in the classroom teaching and confusion , especially practical knowledge in the classroom teaching becomes more and more complex and more difficult than the other stages of the teachers . Therefore , according to the new teachers' professional development needs , to carry out targeted practical knowledge into classroom teaching and vocational education , it is even more important . Video case studies of classroom teaching is a new way of classroom teaching . Through the application of video case of classroom teaching in the New Teacher Education , allows new teachers to observe the successful example of the outstanding teachers or individual teaching activities instance ; think from multiple perspectives , combined with personal experience of analysis and reflection , the formation of multi- answer produce a wealth of solutions to the problem ; through dialogue and exchanges and to reflect on their own programs, which constructed this problem situations unique significance for them . Through literature research and questionnaire analysis of the difficulties and problems encountered by new teachers in the classroom teaching , starting from the theoretical foundation and advantages of classroom teaching video cases , combined with the case teaching method , select a few typical classroom teaching video case application new Teacher Education ; design classroom teaching video case for new Teacher education programs; through practice , that the video case Teaching can effectively help new teachers out of the predicament of the early entry to help new teachers to master the classroom practical knowledge of teaching skills and techniques to enrich classroom teaching to improve the ability of the individual classroom teaching , in order to help improve the effectiveness of the new Teacher Education . Classroom teaching video cases, new applications become practical knowledge of classroom teaching new teachers in the education of recruits .
