Abstract

CFST Arch Bridge bridge construction in recent years the development of new technology, with light weight, high strength and resistance to deformation, etc.. It is better integrated to meet the province of the materials used in the construction of bridges, installation, light weight, simple construction, weight capacity requirements, it is an ideal structure in the form of large span arch bridge. Large Span CFST Arch Bridge is a self-erecting architecture, the stiffness of the structure is a combination gradually phased throughout the construction process is complex and lengthy construction process simulation analysis and the corresponding construction phase displacement of the structure, the internal force in real time monitoring is essential. Xingxian, the Suzhou City Hushuguan Chengguan, Bridge Construction Monitoring and engineering background, certain analysis and research on the two key issues in the steel tube concrete arch bridge construction process, the following major elements: beams tied arch bridge construction and installation process, the different installation sequence Rib internal forces, if the order of the inappropriate choice, Ribs and internal forces in the construction process will cause the end of the installation the state several times. In this paper, the optimal sequence matrix compiled beams installed in order to optimize the analytical procedures used in Suzhou Xingxian Bridge beams installation sequence optimization to ensure the safe and smooth conduct of the bridge construction. Optimal sequence matrix method principle is simple, convenient and practical, and meet or nearly meet the superposition principle and involves the sequential selection of engineering problems, the method can be used to optimize, such as: order boom of tension, the beam installation sequence the bridge panel installation sequence, bridge deck construction sequence, visible, the method is practical, strong, and has a broad application prospects. Tied arch bridge suspender tension in the construction process, due to the different boom exists before and after the tension sequence, so that the batch tension boom after the impact of the first batch of tension Hanger Force. Directly in accordance with the design requirements of the cable tension, the boom final cable force can not meet the design requirements. Rod Initial Tension determine the key issues in the process of Tied Arch Bridge. Increase the protection of the steel casing of a certain thickness in a sling, will give the construction process in the cable force measurement cause some difficulties. Semi-rigid boom this paper has a semi-rigid boom structure Xingxian Bridge, Foreign strip casing initial tensile force optimization analysis and calculations, and propose a semi-rigid suspender force measurement method. Suzhou Xingxian Bridge construction monitoring process to prove that the measurement method is applicable, to provide a reference for similar projects.
