Abstract


Vehicle parking is an integral part of urban transport process , an important part of the management is also a traffic police vehicle parked management . In recent years , with the rapid economic and social development in Jinan City , the vehicle population in an average speed of more than 15% per annum increment, motor vehicle ownership and parking ratio of approximately 15.4:1 , significantly higher than the national 4.84:1 the average ratio caused by motor vehicle detour to find a parking space , accounting for Road parking , resulting in a tremendous waste of resources in urban road space and time .
