Abstract


China’s rapid development in recent years, highway construction, especially in the Second Five-Year Plan target is confirmed, China will build more than 80,005 thousand kilometers of national highway network. However, the highway construction of a large amount of investment, the characteristics of a long construction period. At present the average per km of highway construction costs up to 3000 million yuan, the face of the huge investment, the Government appeared to be inadequate. In order to solve the needs of the rapid development of highway construction and highway construction funds relative shortage. Promote the rapid development of highway construction to promote the rapid development of the national economy; there has been a variety of road construction financing. The BOT financing for its unique way of raising funds attracted much attention.Since China started late in the BOT model, a lot of investment company managers lack management experience, in the BOT project progress control process because of mismanagement, possible extension of the final project will directly shorten the operating hours of operation of or delay To reduce the project in return may lead to a serious project to give up. Therefore, to ensure that the project be able to play ahead of economic efficiency, the investment company a reasonable profit, the BOT highway projects, the use of correct and effective ways and means to control the progress of project construction and management is very important.Presented in this study:The first through the relevant literature summarizes the progress control of construction projects concepts, principles, methods and measures. And described the progress of the management process. And describes the progress of management of several common methods, such as:bar charts, network diagrams, forward progress of the line, flow chart.Then, collecting, analyzing a large number of cases of BOT highway construction project information, and summed up in the BOT difficulties encountered in highway construction and control measures, mainly the elaboration of progress control.Finally, South beam highway construction projects, and progress control with the relevant principles, methods, and measures the actual progress of construction on the project control and management. The process of implementation achieved good results. Conclusion:The use of reasonable methods and schedule control measures targeted on the progress of BOT highway construction process control is very effective. Especially in the process of building BOT highway, a greater impact on the progress of the factors.
