Abstract


Education colleges is advancing fastly, the number of university students has increased dramatically, and many of the existing infrastructure can not meet the needs of colleges and universities of the school’s current Situation, have to build the new library project. Trends of library in the development of21st century is specialization, integration and information technology. Due to the long period of library construction, occupy a large amount of funds, involving a wide field, multiple application subsystems, little time of construction and constrained by many factors and other reasons, the library building have no overall plan in Project management, so many progress university libraries are lagging behind schedule. Taking into account to provide a reference for future library construction project management, it is very necessary for project schedule management study evaluated during library construction projects.Project schedule management is premising to meet the project achieved its overall goal in progress to meet the time constraints. Project schedule management is based on the project schedule objectives,draw up economically reasonable schedule in the project implementation process and according with schedule plan to check the implementation, if found inconsistent with the actual and planned schedule,then a timely analysis for the reasons and take measures to schedule adjustments or corrections.This paper clearly describes the principles, processes and methods in schedule of the project management. and use it as a guide, use WBS,network planning, Gart schedules plan majorization and other project schedule management techniques methods to studies for Ying Tian Vocational and Technical College Library Construction schedule management;the paper also analyzes theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the schedule checking and correcting in the library project.In the end,concluded the Ying Tian Vocational and Technical College Library schedule management experience and lessons learned in practice, and has put forward a reasonable recommendations.The paper is mainly divided into six chapters:the first chapter,preface, include the research background、 research conten、 research purpose and significance of research、 the thesis structure and research methods; the second chapter, review of the progress of the project management, the introduction of domestic and foreign research situation of project schedule management theory, discussed the system of rules and principles of theory and practice of project progress management, introduces the definition, used to describe to plan， schedule arrangement, control method, program and system, and the organization of project activities. The third chapter, introduces the plan and progress control work of library construction, including project management library implementation of the project, the completion of the project acceptance and handover management, including the completion of the project acceptance of the work flow and matters of assessment criteria, transfer process needs attention; fourth chapter, construction scheme of Library Construction projects, research projects, the overall situation planning principles, objectives, period of the project arrangement related background introduction; plan library construction project, application of the basic theory and method of project schedule planning in practical work are described in detail, such as the structure of schedule, project schedule planning theory using the decomposition (determine the precedence Relations), and according to the project activity time estimation to compile the project plan, schedule network diagram and critical path; The fifth chapter,the implementation and control of the library construction project schedule, mainly discusses how to use the project schedule project work in control theory and method for schedule control. Finally, summarize, sum up experience and lessons obtained by the project practice, put forward reasonable suggestions and further research problems. The sixth chapter,Conclusions and Prospects. Finally, the full text has a summary and give out reasonable suggestions for further research.
