Abstract


In21st century, the information era, information technology has become more and more important in business and economy development. Especially, Banks as the broker of information exchange depends more on the highly developed, efficient and safe information technology. At present, the need for information network construction strengthens while the banks in China develop fast, and off-balance, intermediate services expand.Project is everywhere in current society. Project management adapts the systematic knowledge into the whole process of project effectively, and achieves set goals under limited conditions. Thus it’s the request of the development of modern financial industry and also the actual requirement of refining development. Under the fierce competition, it’s the inevitable trend to implement the theory and method of project management.Under this background, the paper chooses the information network construction project of the bank as research object, based on the author’s experience accumulation in information network, taking advantage of the knowledge of project management, starts the practical analysis on X Rural Commercial Bank’s information network construction project. The paper lays importance on informative analysis with statistics from the actual condition of X Rural Commercial Bank, makes use of the knowledge of project management and risk management, explores the possibility of traditional and mobile network combination, and does research on the implement strategies and risk control.For the information network construction project in bank industry, this research has some reference and recommendation in how to use the theory of project management, how to make use the outcome of project meeting expectation, and how to make similar project under regulation, systemization, in order and effectiveness.
