Abstract

Some of precision optical devices work by shock and vibration loads, the detection of anti-vibration of optical devices turn into the main indicators of optical devices testing. But the actual vibration environment is complex and diverse, test data obtained is the result of specific circumstances, it can not be a comprehensive assessment of the intensity characteristics of the components system. So, according to the simulation theory, this paper designs a intensity simulation test system to simulate environment for optical devices used, from the multi-parameter, under a variety of environments for testing the strength of optical devices.Established the mathematical model of simulation system based on the principle of response equivalence, analysis the main characteristic parameters which affect the Intensity of optical devices, the peak acceleration and pulse width, and use these two characteristic parameters as the simulation system’s main design parameters, for the overall design of the system. Driving the Impact head impact the slide which joins a certain optical components in a speed by means of hydraulic impact, to generate the peak acceleration and pulse width that meet the requirements. The test system uses electro-hydraulic servocontrol technology, which can realized continuous impact, and has good reliability, high precision and convenient control advantages.Test the impact acceleration of actual use environment of the optical devices, extract the value of characteristic parameters, and use the simulation test system to simulate the environment by these data, analysis of simulation data compare with the actual working environment data, verify the correctness and practicability of the simulation system.
