Research of Field Dynamic Balancing Detection System Based on ARM

In recent 30 years, machinery industry gets rapid development. Hence, rotor-dynamic-balance technology plays more than a key role to guarantee the high speed of large machinery. For instance, the rolling simulation test-bed for rail wheel, which is under construction, can reach 3m+ in diameter and 100m/s in rotate speed. In order to ensure the test-bed working smoothly, the complex dynamic-balance issue must be considered. Based on the real engineering requirement, this paper has a deep study on the dynamic-balance technology and its detection system.The function and structure of rotary table test-bed were analyzed. According to structure characters, for e.g:D/W ratio>10, rotating dynamics model was established. Critical speed less than working speed is gotten by characteristic equation, so the test-bed is flexible system. And the rotor-shaft-bearing model is established, which rotates in gyro eddy mode. By using matlab, unbalancing simulation software indicates that:the vibration curve by unbalanced rotor is superposition of sine wave.Dynamic balance theory research shows that:as flexible system, rotary table test-bed can use influence coefficient method as field balancing method. Dynamic balance detection system chooses spindle as direct detection object, and bearing chock and casing as auxiliary detection object. Choose three groups of displacement sensors. Each group has two sensors, and the same group of sensors is installed in the same shaft section. The included angle of two radial sensors is 90°. In addition, rotor speed can get by using displacement sensor, which can engender pulse signal. The pulse is engendered by keyway on the spindle.This paper designs data-collection board based on ARM, and correlative software is compiled and debugged by using EVC. The software includes:PWM subroutine, ISA subroutine, micro SD subroutine.Below is the step of system debugging:signal generator generates an appointed sine wave, then the data-collection board converts the analog signal to digital signal which are kept in the micro SD card. PC reads the data and plots the data-curve.Collection system testing results indicates:data-collection board can communicate well with ARM through ISA bus; the data converted by data-collection board can be kept in micro SD card by file system; Graphics distortion is within acceptable limits.
