Dynamic simulation circulating water device is a experimental equipment whichquantitative evaluate recycled water’s quality and select the quality formulation of recycledwater. In the test, requires accurate simulate some parameters of industrial sites circulatingwater when it through the heat exchanger, these parameters including inlet temperature, outlettemperature, flow, steam heat medium temperature, electric conductivity of circulating, PHvalue and other parameters. In the experimental device, through the above parameters toachieve the precise measurement and control accurate simulation, parameter’s measurementand control accuracy will directly affect the evaluation and conclusions of experimentalresults. Therefore, the computer control system for dynamic simulation circulating waterdevice must have a high control precision and reliability, while with the experimental dataprocessing and network support. This article explores and studies the implementations to meetthe above-metioned requirements of the recycled water computer control, data processingsystem. Hardware system based on S3C44B0X ARM microprocessor core, designed the dataacquisition circuit, control output circuit, color LCD interface, touch buttons, the networkinterface circuit. Software system use uCLinux operating system as the core, according to theneed made the necessary cut and transplanted into the ARM microprocessor system; finishedthe JFFS2file system transplantation; designed part of the hardware device’s driver programin the uCLinux operating system; designed part of the user interface with MiniGUI support;through the boa server transplant process to achieve the experimental Ethernet remotemonitoring. The part of above-metioned hardware and software has been implemented andtested. Experimental testing and analysis shows that the whole program is able to meet thedynamic simulation circulating water device’s requirements of the precise measurement andcontrol, the quality of human-machine interface, remote monitoring, data processing and soon.
