Abstract

This thesis is based on the synthesis of a series of novel nitrogen-containing silicon-substituted imine ligands to start, the main contents include: new silicon-bridged amidine imino complexes (silyl-linked amidinate-amidine) synthesis mechanism and method research, and its corresponding synthesis of zirconium metal complexes were studied; synthesized dimethylamino aromatic amine-modified silicon metal organic complexes, and its related reactions conducted research on the structure of the resultant compound of kind of characterization; synthesized a series of 1 - aza-allyl and 1,3 - diaza-allyl metal organic complexes, the text of the structures of the compounds obtained were characterized; secondly, by the organic aluminum compound (MAO) activation After these two zirconium metal compounds have shown very good performance of ethylene polymerization. Specifically described as follows: Chapter I: Introduction describes two amino organometallics are defined and classified, and highlighted with a delocalized π bond fund is a p-diimine ligands system. Chapter II: two novel were elaborated Bridging amidine cationic ligand synthesis method, and its synthesis mechanism and methods were studied and discussed. Focuses on the new silicon bridged complexes imino amidine (silyl-linked amidinate-amidine) mechanism and method for the synthesis of the corresponding zirconium metal compound 4, by NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray, etc. The structure were characterized, in the role of MAO, exhibit high catalytic activity for ethylene polymerization (3.65 × 106g/mol (Zr) -1 · h-1) obtained relatively broad molecular weight distribution of the polymer, the molecular weight 227 to 6580 kg / mol between. Chapter III: synthesis of a class of nitrogen-containing silicon-substituted aza-allyl group (1-azaallyl) organometallic complexes of ligands and their zirconium and hafnium metal compound 4d-4h, by NMR, elemental analysis and X -ray, etc. Their structures were characterized. In the role of MAO, zirconium metal compound 4f obtained exhibit high catalytic activity for ethylene polymerization (1.73 × 106g/mol (Zr) -1 · h-1), the molecular weight of the obtained polymer 220 ~ 1670 kg / mol of between broad molecular weight distribution. Chapter 4: synthesis of a series of 1,3 - diaza-allyl lithium salts and transition metal compounds by NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray, etc. Their structures were characterized. Chapter: A series of silicon nitrogen-containing aromatic substituent corresponding ligand and a metal zinc and cadmium complexes, for its structure was discussed and studied of this ligand and nickel chloride (or cuprous chloride) interactions occurring reductive coupling reactions.
