Abstract


With the rapid growth of China's national economy, the projects undertaken by the construction companies are to a large-scale and complexity and transregional of direction, and the project has a high-risk, long duration, many participating units, parallel construction and resource consumption is huge the characteristics of the project, there is the sharing of resources and conflict. Enterprise resource limited conditions, to choose the enterprise development projects of strategic objectives, is a key issue whether China's construction industry can sustain its rapid development. In this paper, based on analysis of the status of the project management of construction enterprises combined project portfolio management theory and method of construction enterprise project portfolio preferred organizational model based on the construction enterprise project portfolio management processes and key mechanism, \this topic from the following studies: First of all, on the basis of analyzing the similarities and differences between the multi-project, program and project portfolio, project portfolio management connotation, analysis of the project portfolio management theory applicability in construction enterprise, design decision-making step of the project portfolio management, building construction enterprise project portfolio management process model based on multi-agent, and a detailed description of the steps of the decision-making of the model, as well as the function of the decision-making body, and each specific processes of decision-making stage, in-depth analysis. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the project to build the project evaluation index system, and summarize the existing comprehensive evaluation method, the basic principles of the analysis of the various methods, advantages and disadvantages, the evaluation step in the project evaluation. AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the exact value of the evaluation method and data envelopment analysis combining comprehensive evaluation model, taking into account the subjectivity and objectivity of the evaluation model and an illustrative example is a priority in the project evaluation the concrete application. Basic ideas and assumptions of the model based on the optimal combination of project, considering the interaction between the relationship in a variety of constraints and project to build a mathematical model of the optimal combination of project and based cooperative coevolutionary genetic algorithm (CCGA) project portfolio selection model is solved by CCGA in a variety of inter-group collaboration, the optimal solution for project portfolio management model, and demonstrated the effectiveness of the algorithm. Fourth, the analysis of the research status of construction enterprise project management organizational structure, summed up the problems of the construction enterprise project management organizational structure, from the point of view of cooperation among organizations of the portfolio, based on the the Strategic Partnering model of project portfolio management organizational philosophy, the establishment of a project portfolio management enterprise groups strategic level, molecular Company tactical level and the individual project level three forms of organization, and at every level of the organization structure, functions, positioning, mutual relations described in detail. Finally, build the project portfolio management information system (EPPMIS) architecture, based on analysis EPPMIS design principles as well as the user needs, the use of body-oriented software engineering methods, structural framework based on multi-agent EPPMIS. Designed based grid services and multi-the main system EPPMIS information integration platform for the project portfolio of the participating party information is heterogeneous, open and dynamic nature of the characteristics of the platform, multi-agent systems to solve the parties involved in the information platform and network integrated grid environment problems, and information integration platform based on grid and multi-body EPPMIS advantage in project portfolio management are discussed.
