Abstract

In this experiment, the initial weight 11.76 ± 0.20g, physical health, and similar specifications eel juveniles as the object of study with meat and bone meal and other nitrogen instead of 0%, 12.5%, 25%, 37.5%, 50% and 50% fish meal, each group was supplemented with 0%, 0.63%, 1.26%, 1.89%, 2.48% and 0% of the crystal methionine, 0%, 1.39%, 3.28%, 4.14%, 5.52% and 0% of the crystal lysine, preparation of six experimental diets, breeding trials continued for 90 days, the researchers add a crystal methionine, lysine different meat and bone meal fish meal replacement level growth of eel juveniles. Trial will be the 1800 eel juveniles were randomly divided into six groups, each process three parallel. The test results show that: 1. Of eel growth performance: different levels of meat and bone meal alternative juvenile survival rate of eel No significant difference in the groups survival rate ≥ 92%. Weight gain in group Ⅰ (83.46%), with the rise of the replacement level, the weight gain rate significantly decreasing trend (P lt; 0.05). Group Ⅰ dirty body was significantly lower than the group Ⅳ, group Ⅵ (P lt; 0.05), with other groups without significant differences. The group Ⅰ liver body ratio was significantly higher than the other groups (P lt; 0.05), the group Ⅱ ~ group Ⅵ no significant difference. Eel fish conventional components: meat and bone meal replacement level of fish crude moisture, crude protein no statistically significant difference. Body fat was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅵ group Ⅳ, group V (P lt; 0.05). The crude ash group Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ fish significantly higher than in group Ⅴ, group VI (P lt; 0.05). 3 fish amino acid composition of: With the meat-and-bone meal substitute elevated levels of aspartic acid (Asp), threonine (Thr), serine (Ser), glutamic acid (Glu), proline (Pro) glycine (Gly), alanine (Ala), valine (Val), iso-leucine (Ile), leucine (Leu), methionine (Met), tyrosine (Tyr), phenylalanyl acid (Phe), lysine (Lys), histidine (His), arginine (Arg) was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05) among the groups of cysteine ??no statistically significant differences . The content of total amino acids (TAA) with delicious amino acids (FAA) by the group Ⅰ ~ Ⅵ significant elevated (P lt; 0.05), in the highest group Ⅵ were 60.11% and 27.28%. 4. Eel intestinal digestive activity: different levels of meat and bone meal alternative Intestines amylase, lipase activity was no significant difference. Intestinal trypsin activity in group Ⅰ highest (1241.45U/mgpro), group Ⅰ ~ Ⅵ significantly lower (P lt; 0.05). Eel serum indicators: each group between alanine transaminase (GPT) activity no significant differences. Serum aspartate transaminase (GOT) vitality, amino acids, and triglycerides (TG), glucose (Glu), total cholesterol (CHOL) content with the meat-and-bone meal replacement levels rise significantly lower (P lt; 0.05). 6 eel serum immune indicators: group Ⅰ lysozyme (LSZ), superoxide dismutase activity (SOD), total protein (STP) was significantly higher than the level of each add. Lysozyme activity in the group Ⅰ the highest (2.65U/mgprot), significantly higher than the other groups (P lt; 0.05), group Ⅱ - Ⅵ no significant difference. Superoxide dismutase activity, total protein content in group Ⅰ highest respectively (2.20U/m1), 57.82g / L, with the meat-and-bone meal substitution level increased significantly reduced (P lt; 0.05), group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, group Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ no significant difference. Albumin levels in the lowest group Ⅲ (15.74g / L), significantly lower than the group Ⅵ, but with other groups without significant differences.
