The purpose of the first part of the animal experiments: explore three-bend Shenxiong Draba transcription factor T-bet and GATA-3 and serum IFN-γ, IL-4 affect Mixture of asthmatic rats. Methods: 100 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into control group (control group), asthma model group (model group), figuratively, Xiong Draba mixture of high-dose group (referred to as the high-dose group, the same below), dose group and low dose group, dexamethasone group (referred to m group) of six groups. Provide an experimental basis for three the bend Shenxiong Draba mixture in treating asthma. Part of the purpose of the second part of the clinical observation: To observe the clinical efficacy of the three the bend Shenxiong Draba mixture and Analysis of the mechanism of the party against the disease. Methods: 61 cases in mild to moderate chronic persistent asthma period, TCM is phlegm lung patients as objects, were randomly divided into a treatment group (c bend Gung Draba Mixture joint 80ug/4.5ug Symbio can Turbuhaler) and control group (160ug/4.5ug Symbio can Turbuhaler) were observed before and after treatment improvement of symptoms. The frequency of asthma attacks before and after treatment, Ventolin number of individual symptom scores, scores of TCM, the overall card Hou improve integral indicators ACT scores were determined.
