Study the impact of different calcium sources and levels of calcium supplementation on growth performance and meat quality. Selection of 144 21-day-old healthy AA broilers were randomly divided into four treatments, each treatment six replicates each repeated six. Diet using two calcium source, the two calcium level composed of four dietary calcium carbonate or calcium chloride, that were added to the total dietary calcium level of 0.90% or 1.15%. Wherein 0.90% for the production of suitable amount of 1.15% for the high level amount. Trial period of 28 d (22 4 sup> 9 days of age). The results show that: compared with calcium carbonate, calcium chloride can diet lower broiler 4, 5, 6 weeks and feed intake (P lt; 0.05) lower 4,5,6,7 weeks and the whole term of ADG (P lt; 0.01), improve 4,5,7 weeks and the whole term of feed conversion (P lt; 0.01). High levels of calcium can reduce broiler 4,5 weeks and feed intake (P lt; 0.01) the lower 4,5,6 weeks and daily gain (P lt; 0.05), to improve the first 4 weeks and the whole term of feed conversion (P lt; 0.01). Calcium source calcium level interaction on broiler 4,5 weeks and feed intake (P lt; 0.01), 4, 5, and 6 weeks and daily gain (P lt; 0.05), four weeks and feed conversion ratio (P lt; 0.01) had a significant effect. Compared with calcium carbonate, dietary calcium chloride can significantly reduce the rate of broilers slaughtered, eviscerated yield, half eviscerated rate, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate and abdominal fat percentage high levels of calcium (P lt; 0.05); significantly lower broiler abdominal fat percentage (P lt; 0.05) to reduce the impact of other indicators not reach a significant level (P gt; 0.05), calcium source calcium level interaction on various parameters had no significant impact (P gt; 0.05) . Compared with calcium carbonate, calcium chloride to reduce serum Na diet sup> K sup>-Cl-triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C ) levels (P lt; 0.05), serum Cl-level (P lt; 0.05). The high levels of calcium may increase serum Ca 2 sup> level (P lt; 0.05), lower serum total cholesterol (TC), TG, LDL-C level (P lt; 0.05). Calcium source calcium level interaction on each index had no significant impact (P gt; 0.05). Compared with calcium carbonate, calcium chloride can diet lower chest and leg shear force (P gt; 0.05), muscle fiber diameter (P lt; 0.05), increase breast and leg muscle fiber density (P lt; 0.05) and flesh-colored a * values ??(P gt; 0.05). The high levels of calcium can reduce breast and leg shear force (P lt; 0.05), improved muscle fiber diameter (P lt; 0.05), chest and leg muscle fiber density (P lt; 0.05) and flesh-colored a * values ??( P gt; 0.05). Calcium source calcium level interaction on various fleshy There was no significant impact (P gt; 0.05). Compared with calcium carbonate, calcium chloride can diet lower leg muscle total superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity (P lt; 0.01); high levels of calcium can reduce the total antioxidant capacity of breast and leg muscle (T- AOC), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), SOD activity (P lt; 0.01), improve leg muscle malondialdehyde (MDA) content (P lt; 0.01). Calcium source calcium level interaction on each index had no significant impact (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: two calcium levels, high levels of calcium can affect the growth performance of broilers, reduce abdominal fat percentage and blood lipid levels, and may improve the meat quality. Improvement in meat quality between the two calcium source is calcium chloride is better than calcium carbonate.
