Abstract

The avian leukosis is caused by a retrovirus Branch leukemia / sarcoma (AL / SV) group viruses in poultry variety of neoplastic diseases collectively the disease in aquaculture often hair done great harm. To Amoy number, chickens dead chickens on a chicken farm in Shaanxi leukemia p27 antigen detection, and then compare production indicators of the onset of chickens with normal chickens, avian leukosis of chickens laying rate, egg weight, egg breakage rate the impact, and the inhibitory effect of the vaccine, in order to provide for the prevention of avian leukosis scientific information. With the avian leukosis ELISA kit different varieties of chicken farms and generation flocks ALVp27 antigen detection. The results showed that there are different levels of antigen-positive rate ALVp27 other flocks, except progenitor flocks, where the parent generation the flocks ALVp27 positive rate was 42.80%, the commercial laying in Highland Brown positive rate of 53.6%, Roman Brown-positive rate of 0.5 %. This field two sheds random determination of the average weekly egg production, egg weight and egg breakage rate. Avian leukosis positive flocks and negative flocks compared to positive flocks in age at first egg than negative flocks early 3d, total egg production rate was 4.22% less than the negative flocks. The measured time is divided into three stages in chronological order, the first phase of negative the flocks and positive flocks laying rate difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), the second and third phases of negative chickens egg production was significantly higher than positive flocks (P lt; 0.01). First stage negative flocks of egg weight increase faster than the positive flocks but the the egg weight difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), the second stage negative the chickens egg weight was significantly higher than the positive flocks (P lt; 0.01) third stage negative flocks of egg weight was significantly higher than that of the positive flocks (P lt; 0.05). First and second stage negative chickens egg breakage rate has been significantly lower than the positive flocks (P lt; 0.01), the third stage negative flocks positive chickens egg breakage rate difference was not significant ((P gt; 0.05). three stages of the data description The avian leukosis positive flocks in the incidence of pre-production performance is limited, but with increasing flock age avian leukosis impact on the performance of laying hens growing random sampling method in this field two sheds record weekly average death Amoy number of positive flocks of overall mortality was significantly higher than the negative chickens;, the positive flocks dead Amoy number below negative 12 weeks ago flocks; 12 weeks later, the positive flocks dead Amoy number significantly higher than the negative flocks. positive of chickens and negative flocks serum samples were randomly selected by hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test for detection of Newcastle disease, avian flu vaccine antibody levels. negative flock antibody titers after immunization mean higher, wherein the flock H9 antibody titer Mean highest antibody titers smaller dispersion lower positive flocks antibody titer Mean antibody titer dispersion generally larger, and the highest H9 dispersion.
