Abstract

Qinghai Province, Northwest China animal husbandry production base, Alpine Meadow occupies an important position in the Qinghai Lake area of ??livestock production. Increasingly serious grassland degradation has gradually produce an extremely adverse impact on livestock production in Qinghai Province, greatly restricting the development of Qinghai Province livestock economy. Many scholars make research and explore for grazing or artificial grassland degradation and recovery and management measures for the status of grassland degradation, many researchers advocate the use of fencing, seeding, pest control, artificial grassland establishment sik, a series of measures, the use of existing research results, combined with the local government and the production sector, restoration of degraded grassland and governance carried out a lot of work, and have achieved good results. But we must clearly recognize, degraded grassland recovery or reconstruction, is a long and daunting task, requiring government agencies and all levels of management and production units to work closely with a clear division of labor, reasonable and effective measures, uninterrupted monitoring , management, renovation, all the work in an orderly staging step by step, and ideological emphasis, clear guidelines, focusing adhere success to the work, decreasing the degraded grassland area, pasture quality improvement, lawn Productivity is improved, under the premise of great importance to the protection of the ecological environment, better ecological, social and economic benefits. This paper attempts to explore the relationship and grassland degradation and recovery and management research from fewer people or fewer reported angle, try to study the mechanism of grassland degradation, and propose targeted recovery and management measures from the following aspects.
