Abstract

Newcastle disease vaccine as a source of stress, by observing the different doses of Newcastle disease vaccine (NDV) immune supplementation on growth performance, blood biochemical parameters, immune function, and carcass composition designed to study the vaccine strength of broilers its mechanism, provide a theoretical basis for the actual production, optimize the immunization program and explore the relationship between immune stress and nutrient redistribution. Single factor experimental design, 480 8-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into four treatment every 6 repeated, repeated 20 per each treatment per bird at 12 days and 28 days old were inoculated with different doses of Metro plague vaccine (0,4,6,8 plume NDV), in addition each deal with other vaccine. Test a different dose of Newcastle disease vaccine supplementation on growth performance and blood parameters of Newcastle disease vaccine does not affect the 8 to 21 d, 21 to 42 days and 8 ~ 42 d broiler feed intake, but significantly reduced by 8 ~ 21 d body weight gain and feed efficiency (P lt; 0.001). 21 ~ 42 d and 42 d, 4 NDV and 6 NDV group broiler body weight gain than the control and 8 NDV group, but the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05) feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than the control group or 8 NDV group (P lt; 0.05). In addition to the 8 to 42 d, 6 of NDV group feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than the 8 NDV group, between the various stages of the three treatment groups (4 NDV, 6 NDV, 8 NDV) body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion rate differences not significant. A Free 0 to 48 h, 8 NDV plasma corticosterone concentrations higher than the other groups, each immunohistochemistry insulin level was significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.01). Newcastle disease vaccine does not affect the content of 0 ~ 48 h after immune the broiler plasma glucose, total protein, total cholesterol, triglycerides and free fatty acids. The results show that: the Newcastle disease vaccine significantly reduced the daily gain and feed conversion ratio Broilers preliminary, but the appropriate dose immunization (4 NDV and 6 NDV) can significantly improve the feed efficiency of the growth of the late stage, high-dose immune broiler vaccination (8 NDV) changed neuroendocrine trigger an immune stress, tends to reduce the growth performance, but does not affect the blood concentration of metabolites. Newcastle Disease vaccine trial of two different doses of the broilers immune function and carcass composition Newcastle disease vaccine does not affect broilers after immunization organs (thymus, spleen, bursa and liver) index and Free T, B lymphocyte transformation rate (P gt; 0.05). Two free after 6 h and 12 h, 6 NDV immunohistochemistry peripheral H / L ratio was significantly higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05). , Newcastle disease vaccine significantly increased after a FREE L0 d and II for Free 5,9,13 d NDV antibody titers (P LT; 0.05) compared with control group. Repeat immunization (4 NDV, 6 NDV, 8 NDV) 42 d broiler carcass composition (moisture, protein and fat) and 12-42 d body water, protein and fat deposition rates with no negative impact. The results show that the Newcastle disease vaccine significantly enhanced humoral immunity of broilers, but no significant effect on the cellular immune; Free even though 8 NDV immune to the same dose not affect broiler carcass composition and deposition rate of the nutrients in the body. In summary, the Newcastle disease vaccine significantly reduced the daily gain and feed conversion ratio Broilers preliminary, but the appropriate dose immunization (4 NDV and 6 NDV) can significantly improve the growth of late, and feed efficiency of the entire stage. High doses of immunization to change broilers neuroendocrine significantly improve the levels of specific antibodies, but does not affect the cellular immune response may not be caused by the body's nutrient reallocation occurs, and therefore does not affect the deposition rate and carcass composition of muscle and fat.
