Abstract

In this paper, Purple Leaf Barberry (Berberis thunbergii var. Atropurpurea) as test material, the morphological and physiological characteristics of different soil treatment plant study were measured in different ratios of N fertilization, the chlorophyll content of the plant under different soil pH conditions, anthocyanin glucosinolate content, soluble sugar content, phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) activity, and other physiological indicators, test results are as follows: (1) different soil pH test results, Purple Leaf Barberry leaves the pH changes in soil pH sensitive . Within a certain range, i.e., the pH of the buffer value ≥ 5 processing, both a positive correlation. Blades the smaller the pH value of the leaf better. When the test using the most acidic pH = 4 buffer processing soil, Purple Leaf Barberry growth instead slows leaves the pH increases, anthocyanins, soluble sugar and other physiological indicators decreased, leaf coloration effect weakened. This may be due to the strong acid buffer drastically changed the original physical and chemical properties of soil, destruction of soil enzyme activity, decreased Purple Leaf Barberry absorption and utilization of nutrients in the soil, and thus affect the Purple Leaf Barberry normal physiological growth due to (2) in different soil pH test weekly pH5 buffer treatment, i.e., soil pH 5.35 near BARBERRY leaf best; weekly pH8 buffer treatment, i.e., soil pH maintained at 6.52 near the worst leaf color effect. (3) different ratios of N fertilization treatment results show that the proper application of NPK on Purple Leaf Barberry leaf color rendering certain role in promoting local purple soil. Which the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus, potash and potash on Purple Leaf Barberry leaves presents the greatest impact. ① within a certain range, Purple Leaf Barberry anthocyanins, soluble sugar content increased with the increase in the amount of potassium fertilizer. When potash maximum application rate (24g), leaf color is best. ② nitrogen fertilizer affect second. 20g nitrogen fertilizer is conducive to plant growth, anthocyanin accumulation; 30g of nitrogen fertilizer amount caused leggy plants, blank and 10g application rate of plant growth is slow, not conducive to the Purple Leaf Barberry leaves blush. ③ phosphate fertilizer anthocyanin content is relatively minimal. The greater the amount of phosphorus fertilizer more anthocyanin content, which is inconsistent with the results of previous studies, as well as to be more of. (4) different ratios of N fertilization experiment in the amount of nitrogen fertilizer 20g, 10g, 24g processing of potash application rate of phosphorus application Purple Leaf Barberry leaf color is best; 30g, 10g, of the amount of phosphorus fertilizer nitrogen fertilizer potash Purple Leaf Barberry leaf color effect in the processing of the application rate 8g worst. (5) two experimental treatments, Purple Leaf Barberry leaves coloring to achieve the best results in the lowest of the content of photosynthetic pigments. However, other treatments trend of photosynthetic pigment content and leaf color change is not exactly the same, indicating that changes in the photosynthetic pigment content and leaf color observed results, certain relationship exists between other physiological indicators, but you can not simply use the photosynthetic pigments content to infer the size of the effect of the Purple Leaf Barberry leaves coloring, the relationship between the content of photosynthetic pigments and leaf color change remains to be further studied. (6) Purple Leaf Barberry physiological indicators measured in the different experimental treatments: anthocyanin content and soluble sugar content, PAL activity trends, a positive correlation between; contrary to the trend of the changes in the size and leaves the pH, a negative correlation between. Color rendering of the anthocyanin content directly reflects the Purple Leaf Barberry, the greater the anthocyanin content, leaf color the better.
