Abstract

Test 3a born days Peng Peony the 'red Danlan' using potted weighing water control method, system days Peng Peony in mild stress, moderate stress and severe stress, flowers, flowers and flower occur after each stage of physiological ecological changes, explore its adaptive mechanisms to drought stress and provide a reference for the day Peng peonies potted water management, and for days Peng Peony to cultivate key technology system to provide a theoretical basis and technical support. The main research results are as follows: (1) With the increase in the degree of drought stress, plant height, crown, top lobular area, petiole long form of growth indicators showed a gradually decreasing trend, flower size (flower diameter , flower height) decreased significantly. Days Peng Peony year old branches long drought stress hinder growth, and with the increase of the stress level of decline. Days Peng peony flowering length was gradually rising trend with increasing drought stress. Drought stress days Peng peony petals anthocyanin content has a significant effect on the order of the size of the anthocyanin content in each treatment mild stress gt; controls gt; moderate coercion gt; severe stress. (2) drought stress in late net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance diurnal variation is substantially increased and then decreased unimodal curve, the peak at 10:00. Moderate, and severe drought stress, intercellular C02 concentration gradually decreased while stomatal limitation value gradually increased, contrary to mild stress. Water use efficiency under drought stress increased significantly elevated the greater the magnitude, and with the intensification of the degree of water deficit. Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll increased at first as drought stress process presents - after lower - and then increased trend, and gradually increasing trend with the increase in the degree of drought stress. The carotenoid Sok content gradually increased with the extent of soil water deficit exacerbated. The Drought of PS Ⅱ maximal photochemical efficiency Fv / Fm and PS Ⅱ potential activity Fv / Fo negative impact Fv / Fm significantly with reducing Fv / Fo also the performance of the same trends, each treatment differences were significant with (P lt; 0.05) . (3) leaf relative water content downward trend with the intensification of the drought stress. Free proline content increased with the degree of drought stress and stress time, especially moderate, and severe stress, proline accumulation increased rapidly. Soluble sugar content with drought stress time and the stress, strengthen its content continues to increase, the soluble protein content similar trend, and the increasing magnitude of the size of the order of severe stress gt; moderate coercion gt; mild coercion gt; controls . Extension of time with drought stress treatments SOD activity increased at first - after lower - again rising trend, and in the entire process of drought stress, SOD activity values ??are higher than the control value. Days Peng Peony CAT activity under drought stress similar trends and SOD. With the soil water deficit severity and duration of stress time, MDA content was gradually rising trend.
