With the continuous development of the Horticultural Facilities vegetable acreage has increased year by year, and cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) as one of the kinds of facilities vegetable cultivars, years even as causing serious continuous cropping obstacles, has become one of the major bottlenecks for facilities development. Allelopathy is widespread among the agricultural production, especially crops wheel, Suite system which. This study cucumber test materials, collected 40 wheat varieties and study its root extracts of cucumber allelopathic differences screened allelopathic effects of different wheat varieties, study the root extracts of cucumber Growth Index, root activity, photosynthesis, protection of enzyme activity, osmotic adjustment substance content and endogenous hormone content in a clear physiological and biochemical mechanism of different allelopathic effect of wheat cucumber allelopathic role for the rational application of allelopathy varieties provide a theoretical basis for mitigation continuous cropping obstacles. By the test results are as follows: 1, using the hydroponic method to collect wheat root extracts, biological testing methods petri dish filter paper, Heilongjiang 40 wheat varieties (lines) receptor cucumber seed germination rate, germ length, embryo root length and fresh weight of allelopathic potential difference. 40 wheat varieties, 29 wheat root extracts of cucumber seed germination and seedling growth has allelopathic role, 70.25 percent of the total goods coefficients; allelopathic to promote the role of the most Longfu 04-0348 allelopathic inhibition strongest Longfu 17.2 cucumber seedling leaf bent by different allelopathic effect of wheat cultivars aqueous extracts of allelopathic promote root extracts of wheat in different periods after treatment can significantly increased cucumber seedling plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, total dry weight, whole plant fresh weight and root vigor; allelopathic inhibition of wheat root extract in the treatment period in the growth of cucumber seedlings significant allelopathic inhibition. Two wheat aqueous extracts of cucumber seedlings after planting yields have increased, but the difference was not significant. 3, allelopathic promote wheat root extraction liquid treated in different periods can significantly significantly improve cucumber seedling period of photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of fluorescence parameters Yield, qP, ETR significantly improve , NPQ significantly reduce; allelopathic inhibition of wheat root extraction liquid treated in different periods can significantly with inhibition of cucumber seedling photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of fluorescence parameters Yield, qP, ETR have significant inhibitory effects, NPQ significantly with increased . Allelopathic promote wheat root extracts in different periods after treatment can significantly improve the cucumber seedling leaves and roots of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), ascorbic acid peroxidase (AsA-POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity to improve the resistance of cucumber seedlings; allelopathic inhibition of wheat root extracts in different periods after treatment significantly inhibited by SOD, POD, CAT, PAL activity, reducing the resistance of cucumber seedlings. Allelopathic promote wheat root extracts in different periods after treatment can improve the the cucumber seedlings body proline, soluble protein and soluble sugar content, thus increasing plant resistance; allelopathic inhibition of wheat root extracts in processing different periods of lower the cucumber seedlings free proline, soluble protein and soluble sugar content, reducing the resistance to cucumber plants. Allelopathic promote wheat root extracts can significantly reduce the cucumber seedlings lipid membrane peroxidation; allelopathic inhibition of wheat root extracts to improve the level of lipid peroxidation damage on cucumber seedlings. 7 allelopathic promote wheat root extracts in different periods after treatment to improve the content of cucumber seedlings auxin (IAA) and gibberellin (GA3); allelopathic inhibition of wheat root extracts in the treatment of different reduce cucumber seedlings during the period of auxin (IAA) and gibberellin (GA3) content, significantly improve the content of abscisic acid (ABA). In summary, the differences of different wheat varieties of cucumber allelopathic role effect; promote allelopathic wheat root extracts improve the the cucumber body's SOD of POD, CAT, AsA-POD and PPO activity and soluble protein, soluble sugar, candied histidine content increased resistance of cucumber and cucumber photosynthesis, increase crop yields.
