Abstract


At present,the new rural cooperative medical system focused by many scholars .China as a large agricultural nation, the health of every villager which is guaranteed is social obligatory of our government. Establishing the new rural cooperative medical system is the important content of rural health working in the new period. Promote rural health reform and economic social development, building a new socialist countryside has the great significance. Using the method of questionnaire and documents obtained by the material, it starts from our country rural cooperative medical history of rural medical security, referring to the successful experience.
